Landscaping plans, changes and modifications require the approval of the Board of Directors. Please refer to the  Architectural and Landscape Design Guidelines in the Restrictive Covenant and Encumbrances Agreement registered against your Title for specifics, and that there are Restrictive covenants and encumbrances ( registered against title on all lots).  Easement, Encroachment agreement and restrictive covenants (affecting certain Lake shore lots)
