Please refer to the Architectural and Landscape Design Guidelines in the Restrictive Covenant and Encumbrances Agreement registered against your Title for specifics, and that there are Restrictive covenants and encumbrances ( registered against title on all lots). Easement, Encroachment agreement and restrictive covenants (affecting certain Lake shore lots)
